Taking a trip to Brooklyn for the Renegade Craft Fair couldn’t have been more perfect. We went into Manhattan for the Natural History Museum (gem and mineral exhibit was my favorite), Central Park and Shake Shack, Tenement Museum and walked across the Brooklyn Bridge like the tourists that we were. That was all truly awesome but the fair itself and being in Brooklyn with friends was the best. My friend Chelsea we stayed with is the pastry chef of a local ice cream shop and starting each day with her freshly baked goods was a dream come true. She brought coffee and fresh brioche donuts with lavender sugar to the fair. The look on my face is one of true happiness.
I know the photos themselves are nothing special, having forgotten my battery in my camera charger at home I was left with my iphone. AND, having smashed the screen on the first day of the fair during the rainstorm taking photos on a cracked screen is difficult.
